Before we talk process, let’s make sure WordPress is the right call
Yes, WordPress is the OG blogging platform. But it’s also a lot more flexible, powerful, and user-friendly than you might expect…at least when it’s set up right.
That said, if your client wants everything in one place (like hosting, domain, and builder) or doesn’t want to deal with checking plugins once in a while, Squarespace or Showit might make more sense. Or if they’re a product-based business, then Shopify is the way to go!

FAQs about white label WordPress development support
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking at least 1 month in advance to secure your spot and allow ample time for planning and onboarding. Projects typically take 2-3 weeks to complete.
Do you need to communicate with the client?
Only if you want me to! Joining kickoff or revision calls can be helpful because they let me hear directly from the client about what they want, without playing a good ole’ game of telephone.
If you’d like me involved in client communication, I can use my email or a white label one you set up. But I’m also happy to just work directly with you, if you prefer!
Do you provide my client with hosting?
I think it’s incredibly important that clients own their hosting accounts and have complete control over their websites. While I will connect their domain and answer any questions, I don’t manage hosting directly.
Will my client be able to edit their website?
Yes! I provide video walkthroughs so they feel comfortable making edits. If they need more support later on, I’m available through you at my hourly rate!
What are the ongoing costs for a WordPress website?
Most WordPress websites cost between $150–$300 per year, depending on the hosting plan and plugins used.
What counts toward page limits and what doesn’t?
The following pages are standard additions and do not count towards the page limit: 404 page, Privacy Policy, and Terms & Conditions.
How do you build a WordPress website?
I start with a blank theme and build from scratch—no starter templates, no forcing your design into something that doesn’t fit. Your layout gets built exactly as you designed it, using the right page builder or custom code when needed.
All development is done on WordPress.org (not WordPress.com), which gives us full flexibility and control. And I use a standard set of reliable plugins for speed, SEO, and functionality, but I’m always happy to adjust based on the project!
What’s the difference between basic and advanced SEO?
All packages include technical SEO, ensuring your website is set up for optimal performance on search engines. The main difference between Basic and Advanced SEO is the level of optimization: Basic SEO includes meta titles and descriptions for each page, while Advanced SEO goes further by incorporating keyword research, enhanced meta titles and descriptions with targeted keywords, and alt text for all images to boost visibility and accessibility.
Can I ask for additional revisions after the post-launch support?
Absolutely! I’m happy to continue supporting your project beyond the post-launch period. Any additional revisions or updates will be billed at my standard hourly rate.
Do you offer development support for non-WordPress sites?
Yes! Along with being a WordPress white label service provider, I also support web designers with website development on Squarespace, Showit, and Shopify. You can read more about those packages right here.
